Program Description:Transactional SMS notifications sent by Sigma Tech Communications LLC to users who have explicitly opted in through Sigma Tech’s own service signup forms. Messages include one-time verification codes (OTP), password reset codes, account security alerts, service status notifications, and appointment confirmations. Messaging on behalf of Sigma Tech’s business clients is out of scope and handled separately.

1. Overview

Sigma Tech Communications LLC (“Sigma Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a family of cloud software services for businesses, including the AI receptionist platform at sigmatechcomm.com, the Sigma Hub ERP platform at sigmahub.app, the Sigma Booking system at booking.sigmatechcomm.com, and the Sigma admin platform at app.sigmatechcomm.com. As part of these services, we may send transactional SMS text messages to our own platform users who have explicitly opted in.

This SMS program is scoped exclusively to Sigma Tech’s own platform users. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS, and we do notsend SMS on behalf of our business clients to their end customers under this campaign — any such messaging is handled through separate, independently registered channels.

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of transactional SMS messages from Sigma Tech:

  • Verification Codes (OTP) — One-time codes to verify your phone number or authenticate your account access.
  • Password Reset — Time-limited password reset codes or links when you request a reset.
  • Account Security Alerts — Notifications when a login from a new device or unusual activity is detected on your account.
  • Service Status Notifications — Important notifications about the status of services you use (e.g., scheduled maintenance, service disruption alerts).
  • Appointment Confirmations & Reminders — Confirmations and reminders for appointments or reservations you book through Sigma Booking.

We do not send marketing or promotional content, third-party advertisements, or messages unrelated to your Sigma Tech account through this campaign.

3. Consent & Opt-In

You may provide consent to receive SMS messages only through an affirmative, written opt-in. Examples of accepted opt-in methods include:

  • Web Opt-In Form: When you sign up for any Sigma Tech service (sigmatechcomm.com, sigmahub.app, booking.sigmatechcomm.com, app.sigmatechcomm.com), you may check an unchecked consent box that reads (in substance): “I agree to receive SMS messages from Sigma Tech for account verification (OTP), password reset, account security alerts, and service notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” The checkbox includes a link to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
  • Written Consent: Digital forms signed by you that include the same disclosure and consent language as above.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging to use any Sigma Tech service. We retain a record of each opt-in (including timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the exact consent language) as proof of consent.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and usage of Sigma Tech services. Typical recipients receive up to 10 messages per month. Frequency may be higher during initial account setup (verification, security setup) or during periods of active service use.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply with any of the following keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. Note that opting out of SMS may limit certain security features of your Sigma Tech account (e.g., SMS-based two-factor authentication will no longer be available). To resume receiving messages, reply START or re-opt-in through your account settings.

Message and data rates may apply. Sigma Tech Communications does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to, and is shared only with SMS gateway providers (such as Sangoma SIPSTATION and Twilio) acting strictly as our data processors under contract.

9. Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via industry-standard SMS protocols and are compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Terms & Conditions policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
