What are AI minutes?
AI minutes represent the total time your AI receptionist spends on calls each month. This includes greeting callers, answering questions, booking appointments, taking messages, and call transfers. AI minutes are counted for the entire duration of the call, including any time spent during transfers.
What happens if I exceed my AI minutes?
You'll be notified as you approach your limit. Additional minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate ($0.40 for Basic, $0.35 for Pro, $0.30 for Premium). You can also upgrade your plan at any time.
Do I need VoIP lines to use the AI receptionist?
No, the AI receptionist works with your existing phone system. VoIP lines are an optional add-on if you need dedicated business phone numbers with advanced features.
Can I change my plan later?
