1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Sigma Tech Communications LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), including our website at sigmatechcomm.com and our AI phone receptionist platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Sigma Tech Communications provides:
- AI-powered phone receptionist services (call answering, appointment booking, message taking)
- VoIP business phone lines with unlimited US & Canada calling
- VoIP phone hardware sales
- Related communication and automation services
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must complete a service agreement providing accurate and complete business and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
Subscription Plans
- Basic Plan: $49.99/month (100 AI minutes)
- Pro Plan: $99.99/month (300 AI minutes)
- Premium Plan: $199.99/month (600 AI minutes)
VoIP Lines
- First line: $39.99/month
- Additional lines: $29.99/month each
Phone Hardware
- Standard Phone: $99 (one-time)
- Business Phone: $149 (one-time)
Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed via credit card (Stripe) or ACH bank transfer. Additional AI minutes beyond your plan allotment are billed at the per-minute rate for your plan ($0.40 Basic, $0.35 Pro, $0.30 Premium).
5. Cancellation Policy
- All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No early termination fees

7. Service Level Agreement
- We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our AI receptionist service
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance
- In the event of extended downtime, prorated credits will be applied to your account
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service to make automated robocalls or spam calls
- Resell or redistribute our services without written consent
- Interfere with the operation of our services
9. Number Porting
- Number porting typically takes 5-10 business days
- A temporary number will be assigned until porting is complete
- Porting requires authorization from the current account holder and a recent carrier statement
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the losing carrier
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our website and services are owned by Sigma Tech Communications LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigma Tech Communications LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
