Refund Policy

1. Subscription Services (AI Receptionist & VoIP Lines)

Monthly Subscriptions

  • All subscription plans are billed monthly in advance
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial-month refunds will be issued for cancellations mid-cycle

Service Issues

If you experience service outages or issues that significantly impact your business, we will provide prorated account credits for the affected period. Credits are applied to your next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash.

First 14 Days

If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 14 days of activation, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription fee. This applies to new customers only. Phone hardware is excluded from this guarantee (see below).

2. Phone Hardware

  • Phone hardware purchases (Standard Phone $99, Business Phone $149) are one-time, non-refundable once shipped
  • Defective units: If you receive a defective phone, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement
  • Damaged in shipping: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement at no charge
  • Phones must be returned in original packaging for warranty claims

3. Additional AI Minutes

Overage charges for additional AI minutes beyond your plan allotment are non-refundable, as they represent services already rendered.

4. Add-On Services

Add-on services (Bilingual Support, Outbound SMS) follow the same refund policy as subscription services. They can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice, effective at the end of the billing period.

5. Number Porting

Number porting is a free service. However, if porting is cancelled or fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, any costs incurred from the losing carrier are the customer's responsibility.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in service suspension.
