SMS Consent (CTA) Evidence

Last updated: April 22, 2026

Purpose of this page

This page documents the Call-to-Action (CTA) and end-user consent flow used by Sigma Tech Communications for A2P 10DLC SMS messaging. It is published so that carriers, The Campaign Registry (TCR), and any reviewer can independently verify that our opt-in mechanism meets CTIA and TCPA requirements.

1. Program & Campaign Metadata

Brand: Sigma Tech Communications LLC

Program Name: Sigma Tech SMS Notifications

Program Description: Transactional SMS notifications sent to prospects and customers of Sigma Tech Communications who have explicitly opted in on our web contact form. Messages include inquiry follow-ups, demo / appointment confirmations, and customer-care updates.

Use Case: Customer Care

Message Frequency: Varies — typically up to 5 messages per month per recipient.

Help / Opt-Out: Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel.

Sending number: (703) 214-1555

2. Where the CTA lives

The opt-in checkbox is rendered on our public contact form at https://sigmatechcomm.com/contact#sms-consent. The anchor deep-links directly to the consent checkbox so reviewers can verify it without scrolling.

3. Reproduction of the live checkbox (exact UI)

Below is a pixel-for-pixel reproduction of the actual checkbox rendered on the live contact form. The checkbox is UNCHECKED by default — users must take affirmative action to opt in. Consent is never a condition of purchase or service.

Above is a display-only reproduction for review. The functional checkbox is on /contact.

4. Exact disclosure text (verbatim)

I agree to receive SMS text messages from Sigma Tech Communications regarding my inquiry, including follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and customer-care messages. Message frequency varies (typically up to 5 msgs/month). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

This string is stored verbatim with every consent record for legal traceability.

9. Scope of this campaign

This campaign covers SMS notifications sent by Sigma Tech Communications LLC to its own prospects and customers who opt in via the form above. Messaging to end-customers of our Business Clients (for example, patrons of a restaurant we provide AI phone-answering services to) is out of scope for this campaign and will be registered separately under an ISV / Reseller structure when required.
